Ultra Spec Cables Singlemode 12 Fiber Trunk Cable is ideal for use in Data Center Network Architecture that requires ultra-fast deployment of high-density permanent 10 and 40 Gigabit Ethernet Connections in a single assembly. The 12 Fiber Cable is comprised of an MTP Female on both ends, utilizing Type B (or Reversed) Polarity.
It's commonly used to establish connections between a set of high density patch panels, switches, cassettes or QSFP+ Transceivers to provide backbone cabling for your entire system, all while conserving space, increasing airflow and maximizing cable management within the Distribution Frame.
The MPO connector's push-pull mechanism simplifies engagement/disengagement and can plugged in/removed with one hand and without the use of tools. The pre-terminated connectors are machine polished for optimal performance and thedesign also prevents snagging when the cables are being installed. The APC, or Angled Physical Contact connectors minimize back reflection, so they're perfect for applications that are extremely sensitive to signal variation. They also feature Ultra Low Insertion Loss, due to the precision ferrules used within the connectors. The cable itself exceeds G.657A1 Standards with regard to bend performance, so it's suitable for residential or small office applications that require a reduced radius.
